Was a champion hunter when she was younger, but was retired due to a back injury. She had two amazing warmblood cross colts during her time off, but the vet has said that it is fine for her to start working again. Since I am healing from a broken leg I cannot do that myself. I hate to see her go to waste in my pasture. She is way too fancy to just be a grazer. She would be a great project for someone looking to do dressage or some low jumping. After re-training, she would be a good intermediate-and-up lesson horse. She is a 10 mover and her babies are wonderful movers also. She is eligible for Jockey Club registration. Her full brother is a registered stallion. She has several notable and hall of fame racers in her pedigree. (Round Table, Bull Dog, Mahmoud, Princequillo, Tom Fool, Needles, Polynesian, Roman, etc.) Would easily be approved by virtually any warblood registry you desired. Both her sons are very tall and correct. I currently have one in training who is 3 years old and already 16+ hands. He broke easy and has never been a problem. The trainer and all her staff love him. I do have photos of him available also.
I would consider a trade/partial trade for a sound, safe horse or pony 14 to 15.3 hands, 12 years or younger. Would prefer something with hunter experience and/or ability to trail ride alone. (Something I would feel safe letting my non-horsey family ride.) The trade would be for my father, who is partial to paints and quarter horses but I would consider other non-gaited breeds. Please email me for more information or other offers on price. Thank you all for your interest.
**I would consider a free lease to young or new trainers looking for horses to build their experience. She would be great for natural horsemanship. This option would require references and a lease contract.*** |
