| Black is a wonderful 17.3hh black percheron with beautiful white facial markings and one sock. He is definitely a head turner. He is an extremely safe and sweet 6 year old gelding that loves to go on the trail. He is excellent in the ring too. Great walk trot for anyone to ride. Really comfortable trot to sit to all day. He recently learned the canter ques at the end of this summer and was coming along well. He gets along with everyone and is pretty much 99.9% bombproof with cars, dogs, other animals, water, etc. Loves his baths, not clipped so he can grow coat but tolerates clipper, only trailered a few times but was good for it. Is barefoot and can be trimmed without stocks no problem. Would be a great Hubby horse or safe beginner horse for trails or ring. I was told that he drives single and double but I do not have a harness or carriage to try it. Currently in NH at a Free lease home but I need to find him a new FREE Lease home. I also need to approve the boarding facility or private barn he would go to. He can live in a run-in shed or in a regular stall - he has been fine in either. I am only leaseing due to financial reasons but have long term lease agreement available. He is a really great safe horse and would love to be your buddy...even non-horsey people fall in love with my big goofball. |
