| Dixie is a 8 yr old AQHA mare, she knows speed events, team penning, team sorting, she does trails, you can ride her on the side of the road and nothing bothers her. She is not a spooky horse, she is pretty easy to handle she has a good head on her. She does not get crazy in the gate to run barrels or poles, She has some traing in hunter and jumpers, She can clear a 31/2 ft fence with no problem and in good form we never had the chance to go higher in her training. She would make a good reining mare,cutter, roper. just put her to it and she wont let you down she is very willing to please and she trys her heart out every time she performs. But she is not for beginners. Iam only selling her because Iam moving and were I have to go there is no place for horses and there are no boarding stables close by. She has had one foal, Which was a beautiful paint filly, The sire was a mixed paint, The filly was perfect and she had a very easy foaling that was in 2004 she has not been coverd since, The breeding was a accident. |
