| | One Strong Lady is a three year old thoroughbred filly who has not been raced a lot. She has not shown talent and her connections have elected to retire her rather than continue to compete her in racing. Ive worked with this group before and they really make their horses welfare a priority.
Lady is 16 hands and still growing as you can see. She has a very kind and gentle temperament. Her ground manners are very good coming straight off the track.
Shes a nice mover and will well suited for dressage or jumping. She is very sound.Her only vice is that she cribs when eating. We suspect ulcers and are treating her.
A video was made the second day she was ridden here at Leighton Farm. It is raining and the ground is soggy. Still she is a good mover with remarkable balance at the canter for a horse coming straight off the track less than a week before the video was taken.
