Gorgeous, 19 year old, Heavy Dun-Factored AQHA Mare. Thick dark dorsal, leg bars all the way up her legs, and shoulder webbing. This mare is very well broke and has been ridden by kids and adults. She has done ranch work, was trained and shown in barrels, has done hundreds of trails, and has been used in 4-H/playdays a few times. Most recently she has been used for trails/pleasure riding. She rides out alone or with others, goes through water, goes brush/trees without question, and she has no vices(does not spook, bolt, rear, buck, kick, weave, crib). She is a very, very easy keeper. Does not need any special feed or care. She has never been lame, sick, or injured a day in her life. A beginner could definitely ride her in an arena or following other horses, but she will need at least an advanced beginner/intermediate rider to go out on the trails. She also has great ground manners, falls asleep for the farrier, stands tied for hours, loads and trailers without problems, is good for vaccinations and de-worming, ect. Lastly, she is a great broodmare and a good mom. Her 09 leopard appaloosa filly is also for sale. We will consider doing a package deal to anyone interested. Picture is from the summer of 08.
