| Nemo is a kind,gentle 18yr bay Standardbred gelding who is approx 15.3. He has a lip tattoo,so probably raced in his younger days. He was a wonderful school horse for 3½ yrs where he worked both in lessons and in a therapeutic riding program. Now that he is a little older, Nemo is dealing with some age-related issues and can be ridden at the walk only. Nemo is the best pasture-mate one could ever hope to find! He can be trusted to get along well with any horse he is turned out with. Nemo is very sweet, loves attention and is easy to work with on the ground. He has had a long career and deserves a happy retirement in a home where he will be loved and cared for.Understanding the needs of the senior horse is a definite plus.Adoption agreement/fee and references reqd. |
