| Update***Price dropped to $200~! Shelby is a gorgeous black Hackney pony. She is currently sunbleached with a thick winter coat, and has a grass belly now. She is about 20 months old and is an athletic beautiful mover. Shes been turned out to pasture since she was born until this past Sept, so she isnt completely trusting yet, but she isnt hard to show new things. She has never tried to kick or do anything mean. We have been teaching her to lead and tie, and we have been working on desensitizing her to things and she learns fast. We havent had a lot of time, so she is still cautious of new things. She has been halter-broke, wormed, had her mane brushed, been tied, and taught to lead....that is it. She is being sold as a sweet pony who doesnt know much, but is willing to learn. If you are looking for a trained pony, she is not it, but if you are looking for a pony to work with and train yourself, she would be perfect. Very sweet and wants to learn. Please dont email if you are looking for a trained pony because shes not trained yet. She had never been handled until I bought her in Sept, so everything we have done has been new to her.
