    | | FAST!! FAST!! SMOOTH GAITED MARE! Freckles is a 9 yr old brown and white paint. Flashy,beautiful, and stout. She isnt registered. She is half fox trotter and Tennessee walker. This mare is smooth and fast. She is a well known horse around our area. She is also very broke. She neck reigns on a dime, easy to shoe, easy to saddle, and load. When shoeing her all you have to do is tap on her leg and she will raise her leg for you. She isnt spooky. You can rider her bare back, shell do anything. She has been rode everywhere(very rough terrain) and in parades. Shell go anywhere and cross anything. The guy who had her before me packed out hogs on her. And he also won a couple of gaited horse races. Freckles won an 18 mile gaited horse race in the Ozark National Forest under an hour and thirty minutes. The previous owner also won a two mile gaited horse race on her. At the two mile horse race there was judges all around the track and they would get penalized for breaking their gaits. We havent had her long but they have clocked her gaiting up in 20 mph. She isnt a beginners horse because she likes to go. But she is also the perfect wood horse. She is very sure footed. This horse is one of a kind. It is very hard to find them as smooth and fast as she is!! The only reason why we are selling her is we need to downsize.
