| Daphne is a beautiful 7 year old Welsh/Thoroughbred cross mare. She is a gorgeous chestnut roan with a big kind eye. She sticks at 14.1 ¾ hands. I have had her since she was a yearling. Daphne is well mannered and quiet on the ground. She will bathe, clip, load, crosstie and stand for the farrier. She has good feet and is currently barefoot. She has been trained for hunters but would be more suitable as a jumper or as an event horse. She is also a good trail horse. She has been ridden off the property and in the mountains. Crosses water, bridges, and ditches without hesitation. Great under saddle with lots of energy. Daphne is a great project for an intermediate rider; she is for sale because of too many horses and not enough time. Priced to sell quickly 950. |
