| Alteza is a lovely, pearly grey mare with an inquisitive and adoring gentle nature. She is tall (stands 16.1-16.2HH barefoot), big boned and has exquisite movement.

Altezas dam was also imported from Spain and was a lovely show mare (now deceasced). Alteza has an ideal temperament and easy going nature. Like many mares of this breed she does not show heat cycles or have mood swings for reliability as a riding horse. In other words, she is reliable as a gelding under saddle and has that gentle wisdom and self confidence.
Alteza is responsive and willing to learn. She has a long and lofty, rhythmic, pendulum stride, very smooth and balanced at the trot. She can move both with an extended trot and with some lift and elevation. She is an impressive mount in the dressage arena and going very nicely under saddle. Very willing, eager to please, soft in the bridle and responsive to voice commands and leg aids under saddle.
This beautiful mare is uncomplicated, has no vices, is easy to get along with other horses, and is being offered because she needs more individual attention that I can give her. She has a silvery sheen to her coat and profuse mane and tail - a really glamorous mare, impressive with a lot of presence.
