| Jazz can be ridden by beginners and up! She neck reins, backs, stands for farrier, to be groomed, clipped, baths, or just for attention. She loads and stands tied. She can be ridden in a bit, hackamore or a halter. She has lots of trail miles and will cross anything. She has been ridden on the side of the road and she has also been ridden in the arena walking and trotting the barrels and pole bending. She will not make a good speed horse because she prefers to go slow.I believe she could make a good halter or western pleasure horse for local shows. She is use to motorcycles, 4-wheelers, tractors, and dogs. She is an easy keeper. She is barefoot right now but if you ride on rocky terrain she will need shoes or boots. She has good feet just tender on rocks. Jazz is the horse you can put your non-horsey friends on and not worry! I have owned her for 4 years and the only reason I am selling her is because my husband got a horse that walks fast and she lags behind. We dont enjoy riding like this. A great home is a must! Her only vice is that she prefers to be pastured with geldings. |
