| Gray Lady Walking AKA Little Bit is a 10 year old grey Arabian mare-Gray Lady Walking is her registered name-Little bit her barn name, Little bit is a 15.2h I would say.She Stands/does good for the farrier-Loads on a trailer good.Weve had little bit since she was born. She has been a great horse--never bit anyone, never kicked has a very sweet personality! She is not broke-she has had 3 different riders on her, saddle and bit(check update at the bottom of the page) and been ridden by one of our family friends of around the barn,so i don think shell be really hard to break/train. She will definitely need an experienced rider-shell need training but she will be a good trail horse when/if she has good training. She is a really beautiful horse-and she loves attention and being around people. Definitely will make a good riding horse. She could be a good broodmare too,if you wanted. She has had three foals that I know[ i am posting this for my grandparents]of two of her foals died-my grandparents could tell you better why they died. Her one foal that lived[that i know about] Dobby was born a brown little foal with a blaze and a white stocking or two[that time she was bred to our stallion Ace who was a light chestnut with a blaze and four white stockings] Dobby starting to be a grey horse when he was 2-we sold him when he was almost three. She is a very good mother--is ok with people around with foal--does ok birthing herself. I was told Little Bit had racing[cup?]blood in her from her mother and her mothers ancestors. Little Bit is a really good horse-she can be a little hyper sometimes but most of the time she is calm. Her mother turned out to be fully white with a blondish-yellow mane color-little bit might turn that too. she already has the blondish mane. Well if you are interested in her and want pictures and her price e-mail me!!! She in NOT free.
**update...just a few weeks ago, we saddled up Little Bit and we rode her and we put a bit in her mouth for the first time and she did great!A person she didn even know rode her, and she just went along with it! That was the first time in 2 YEARS that she was saddled and the first time she had a bit and she did fine! She wouldn be hard to break/train, she just needs to learn what to do. She was rode western with an English bridle, she was being reined English, we haven tried her with a English saddle yet, but Im sure she would be fine. I have pictures of her being ridden if you want to see just e-mail me.
Thanks. |
