| Eli is one gorgeous registered spotted saddle horse gelding. His grandfather is JFK and he also goes back to Suns Delight D and Pride of Midnight. He stands a full 16 hands tall and is 6 years old. I can not express how gentle and easy to handle he is-just a total gentle giant. He has excellent ground manners, bathes without dancing around, tacks up calmly, stands to mount, clips, loads/unloads, good for the farrier etc. I have found absolutely nothing that flusters him or gets him excited. Stalls well, gets along great with other mares and geldings, easy to catch and loves to be groomed. He is simply one of the smoothest gaited horses I have sat on- a total glide ride. Awesome, disctinct 4-beat gait with a nice head shake. Trail rides alone or with other horses. 100% natural- no heavy shoes or harsh bits are required with Eli. He has some speed under saddle, but has no problems at all when you ask him to slow down and walk calmly. He is not hot-headed or something you have to hold back all of the time. No cribbing, wood chewing, studdish behavior, kicking, biting or barn/buddy sour behaviors. No health issues at all. He is UTD on wormings, shots and farrier care.
