| PCS has gone non-profit. All of the money from our sale/or adoption program goes right back into the horses. We also offer redued fee lessons and camps to the kids of the area. We have hopes that one day we will be able to offer FREE riding lessons for kids that couldnt be able to afford riding lessons. All our horses are only sold TO GREAT HOME ONLY! I will be very picky about were all of the horses are placed. So not everyone that calls will get this horse. I look out for not only the horses but also the riders well being. We are not out to make a profit on these horses. We would just like the program to support itself. I have currentlly been investing on average of $10,000 a year just to be able to rescue and/or place horses in need. I have also offered riding lessons and camps for kids at way below the industries average. All PCS horses are sold with a guarntee stating that if for some reason the horse doesnt work out that 100% of the fee can be applied to another one of the PCS horses available. As long as the horse in returned in te same condition that they left. PAYMENTS ARE AVAILABLE ON ALL MY HORSES. CONDITIONS: HORSE MUST BE BOARDED AT PCS UNTIL PAID IN FULL~I WILL HOLD ALL PAPERS AND HORSE WILL STAY IN MY NAME UNTIL PAID~HORSE IS NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE PCS W/O PERMISSION. Rosco is perfect for the the kid looking to step up and have a little more fun. He is full of energy and loves to do want he is told to do. He is stocky enough that the small adults have been riding him. If he was taller he would not be for sale. He would be my personal trail horses. Please this boy is trained on the games, loves to get in his rack and go! So not for a beginner that has never ridden. He is gait is smooth so it will be easier for the little ones to keep up with mom and dad with out being bounced all around. Rosco loves attention and wants to be messed with.
