    | | Foxy is a 1995 AQHA mare, Impressive bred top and bottom with Eternal Impression and Zip To Impress on her papers. HYPP N/H - no symptoms, even on long trail rides in the mountains. Has only been ridden western but would probably do well as English too. Great riding mare, but could use a refresher course Im sure - hasnt been ridden in a couple of years. Shots up to date (5way, strangles, west nile, rabies) as of 5/09. Front shoes as of 5/29/09. Loads easily. Stands for farrier. Ties, clips, leads with no problems. Drops her head almost to the ground for halter or bridle! Sensitive mouth, would probably do well with a hackamore or some type of bitless bridle - wouldnt recommend for beginner due to this. Listed on www.allbreedpedigree.com. Shes my 40-year-old sisters favorite riding horse due to her long pasterns and smooth gaits. She had one foal for my sister that was never registered - good mother. Id just like a shorter, preferably foundation-bred horse. Would possibly trade for an AQHA or APHA mare (broodmare, trail, or both), preferably not solid bay but depends on bloodlines. Temperament only rated 4 because she hasnt been ridden in so long - that will hopefully change soon. Price possibly negotiable. |
