| | This handsome six year old Appaloosa and Quarter Horse cross gelding is looking for his forever home. At just over 14.2 hands, Barclay is the perfect size for an intermediate to advanced young rider or small adult. Though he is still somewhat green, he is super smart and very eager to learn. Both time and consistency are all he needs to be finished. He has been introduced to the barrel pattern and shows both interest and promise. He has also been started on trot and canter poles and is working his way up to small cavalettis and cross rails. With the right training, he would make a great all-around horse. He is a very forward mover and would be best suited for speed events as that is what he enjoys the most, though he loves the occasional trail ride from time to time. All he needs is a confident rider that can take him to the next level. He has three smooth, pretty gaits and a terrific work ethic and has come a very long way from when we first got him. He has no vices and is up to date on all shots and Coggins. All serious offers are considered - price is negotiable to good home. Will also consider trade for another horse or a lease/free lease.
