| Shaine has had 60 days riding in 2006, after that has been in pasture until this March. I have ridden him the past 5 months. He rides in a bitless bridle, is very easy to handle, very responsive to his rider. Very smooth trot and canter. Rides out great alone or with group. Has been ridden on gravel roads and highways, trail ridden some. Traffic does not bother him. He steps out well alone or with a group. He has a very smooth trot and canter. No bad habits. My riding choices have been limited to mainly gravel roads, thus he does need more riding to be exposed to new things. He is half-Egyptian, having Simeon Shai, a National and world champion stallion as a grandsire. Only selling because of very limited space to keep him and places to ride. I would not say he is a beginners horse only because he needs to get out & experience more things first, but he has been ridden by an inexperienced rider and did great.
