| Skippy is a 4 year old breeding stock paint mare. She is registered APHA, a well built 14 hands tall and a gorgeous chestnut color with a perfect white blaze. She is a VERY easy keeper and would make a great addition to any breeding program looking to produce athletic, stocky horses with color. She has a lot of palomino, buckskin and paint colored horses in her background. Skippy has a pleasant smooth jog but can also really move out and if your looking for a barrel horse this mare could turn on a dime and give you five cents change anytime. She is EXTREMELY well mannered on the ground with leading, lounging, ground driving, standing tied, vet and farrier work, loading, trailering and backing up, she is also not a spooky mare as she is car safe, Tractor/4-wheeler safe and kid safe. Skippy is a sweet heart mare looking for her long time loving home, she is friendly & gets along with other horses very well. She is broke to ride but does require a rider with some experience to continue her training. She has been trail ridden as well as ridden in the paddock and if she stays here she will be started on barrels and poles. So far Skippy has been a very quiet, responsive riding horse.
