| Meet Sammy. He is a 12 year old TB gelding who is in search of his forever home! Sammy was neglected on a farm in Ocala where the turn-outs were under water and muddy. During this time, he developed whiteline and multiple abscesses which resulted in Moderate Chronic Laminitis.
Sammy is calm, laid-back, and LOVES to be groomed. He is also sweet and affectionate. He has forever left hoofprints on my heart!
Sammy would be great for that small/medium adult who enjoys a weekly light ride around their property. He would do well as a leadline horse in Theraputic riding.
No bad habits whatsoever, just wants to please.
He will ALWAYS need shoes in the front to stay sound and comfy. He must have high and dry pasture with a stall for those wet, rainy days. His feet cant handle a wet environment.
