| Yes, a you really can have too many geldings and that is where we find ourselves right now. Omega is well started under saddle and does well in Walk only classes or leadline (daughter does not like to trot so we havent pushed the issue). Omega also drives, does halter obstacle (excellent ground tie!), and we are currently training him to jump in hand. He has been shown Classic and Modern Pleasure both - we feel he is more Modern Pleasure in type now that he is mature. He has 20 HOF points in Modern Pleasure Halter as well as 3 points in Classic Halter Obstacle and 4 points in Modern Halter Obstacle with very limited showing. He placed 3rd in Classic Walk and 3rd in Classic Showmanship Youth Age 7 and Under at the 2007 Shetland Congress.
