| NEW UPDATED INFO HERE HI all, I am still trying to find my old friend, a quarter horse gelding, born in 1978. He was boarded at a farm in Redding or Ridgefield Connecticut back in 1985/1986 or so. His name is Quincy Red Dude. I found out that as of 2002 he may be still alive and owned by a women in upstate New York somewhat near the Canadian border (Watertown may be a possibility.) The womans name is (I believe) Maria, and she owns a 1500 acre farm somewhere up there. She has about 100 horses that may be used for movie work. If anyone has any information on this woman, or this horse, would you please contact me at 203-748-1334. I have been looking for him for the last 15 years...thanks to Bluchip25 for giving me this update and renewing my hope of finding him someday.
What I can tell you is that he is by Blondys Dude out of Jodie Bar Quincy. He was foaled on 4/1/78 at the DJ Ranch in Clark, MO. He was sold as a two year old to Frances Stone of Sturgeon, MO. In 1981 he was sold to Cheryl Braucksick. A few years later he was sold to a woman on the East coast, but that is all I know. Thank you for your help. |
