| Misty is about 14.1, 14 year old Quarter horse mare. She was purchased at a local rundown Stockyard horse auction and was half starved with feet that had rotten away from thrush. Shes been a real sweetheart through her rehab. Shell follow you around the farm like a puppy. She had major, painful mouth problems that have been taken care of and shes currently in corrective shoes to get the frogs of her feet to grow back. Shes been dewormed and has all her shots. Shes gained lots of weight but could still use a bit more. At the auction, they said she did not ride but she does seem to know all of her ground work so she may just be a fine riding horse with a bit of training. |
