| Jasmine has real potential to be a fantastic trail horse. All she needs is a confident rider to love her and teach her the ropes. She is broke and has been trained by the Mennonites. She learned easily, is neck-reined, flexes, and takes cues great! She has a recent negative Coggins, holds on to shoes well...9 months last time...and is very cooperative with the farrier. She seems to be a little worried when it comes to having her feet in the mud. No trouble at all with the water. The fact is, any problems with Jasmine are actually problems with me. She tossed me off the first day I got her. She wasn broke, but I was told she was. After that, Ive always been a little scared. After the trainer, shes been a great horse, but I took her through the mud we slipped and she tossed me again. Never mind all the uneventful rides. Im always waiting for the next toss, and I think the horse senses that in me. Therefor, we are no longer a fit pair. Shes beautiful, and super sweet. She has fantastic potential that the confident, experienced rider will be able to bring right out. I will be moving soon, and need to find her a great home.
