| Very Sweet Mare. We bought her in the end of january from a lady in michigan. Before she bought her Babe was abused. She was left in a paddock where she was up to her hocks in manure and mud. She was very scared in a stall and didnt let you touch her ears. We have been keeping her in a stall lately and she is doing wonderful. She is still a little touchy with her ears. She just has to have someone that is gentle. She had a filly for us in june of last year. We still have her and she is up for sale too. After babe had the foal she lost some weight. She didnt have enough weight on her when she foaled. So it took a lot out of her when she was nursing the foal. She is gaining weight steadily. She has beautiful color. It is such a shiny copper color. Her mane is thick. Its so pretty. If you are interested I have pictures of her and 2 of her foals. The one that I have and the one that the previous owner had. |
