| Duchess is a 15 yr old Tennessee Walking mare. She has been used mainly for trails and is spook free. I bought her about 4 yr ago with another horse for my son and I. He was 12 yr old at the time and Duchess was his horse. These were our first horses and we learned on them. Weve had them for almost 4 yrs. My son never rides anymore and I have 3 all together and I am starting the young one under saddle. At least one, if not two, need to go. Duchess is a sweet mare and is UTD on all. No kick, buck, or bite. She has a smooth flat and running walk and a rocking chair lope. I think she also racks. I would call her kid safe since she was my sons horse and he never had a problem with her. Shes very controllable. |
