View More Photos | | Nemo is something special. As you know with a name Like Nemo, this horse has been loved by a many a child at a time. Nemo is 9 yrs old and 13hh. Look at the color on this pony for your little one. We are getting new as these are kind of dark but he is a buckskin tri color. Flashy is what you think of everytime you look at him. No child would ride this stout well built guy with a wide chest and outstanding hip into the showring and not be pround for him to be their mount. He is something you will be sad you passed up if you have a kid that is serious about showing and especially serious about JUMPING horses. He is lesson horse delux and a baby sitter to teach your child to jump small sets up to amost 3ft this little guy will teach any child the ins and outs of the show ring
Nemo is a good pony if you have a child that will work in the arena for western events and in the show ring for english events. Nemo can run all the playday patterns with out an problem. He goes out on the trail and does not spook at anything. Gun fire, load airplanes, and freight trains have never mad him take a second look. He let us swing a rope off him and catch a dummy (He is really only 13hh and I feel so weird on him being 511 that I was not about to break out of the box on him lol) He seemed to roll with whatever he was asked to do. My son who is 8 can ride the pony and make him do whatever he wants from waling along the edge of a tank dike to chasing the calf and yelling. He is really great for justever day stuff your child and he would come into contact with. I feel fine about opening my gate and letting my son go ride for a while. He is a trust worthy pony that has good movement and respects his handler. You little one like mine will be able to open and close gates from his back, ride out and check aka chase the cattle in the mornings and just in general have a great frined. Nemo neck reins but also direct reins as we know some little kids like a pony that does both. This horse has won many many awards in the show ring and western arena as you will see below but he is just one of those horses that is great to just own as a kid and to love and then go out and show your best friend and win so many buckles and ribbions, maybe a saddle or two who knows. This litttle guy has showed his fair share of children how to jump he has been a lesson pony at a training facility to teach beginner children for many years so If you are looking for your first jumper here he is ....NEMO.
This pony is ready to take your child into the show ring. He has had a wonderful season winning 1sts and seconds in almost all classes he entered. He loves it, and it shows. He will take your young rider over cross rails, or over jumps over 29! He has experience in eventing this season and his child mount just took a second in the maiden division with clear rounds in stadium (2 3), and cross country 18-2. Does simple lead changes easily, and flying changes very well. He competed in the 26 division event recently, and finished clean in x-country and stadium. He is a very easily trained, and thrives on attention. Nemo is now schooling 29 easily clearing all fences, tight knees, and great distances. He will be entered BN (Beginner Novice, fences up to 27) in April and if we have not sold him by then we will see how he does. In the western Ring he has won a many a ribbon and buckle for barrels, poles, straight away barrels, speed barrels, key hole, fflag and many more. He will also goat rope for your little one if they want to give it a try and you want to laugh so hard because they are so cure. He also has been taken and rode by a child in team penning and sorting.
