View More Photos | | Peter is a 17 year old QH Gelding. He stands at 15.2hh and is jet black. Peter is a well broke family horse, been there done that kind of fellow. Really safe, patient and willing. Peter has been on numurous trail rides and has been safe on everyone of them. He crosses water and dead fall and will go through water and brush with out missing a beat. He has always had regular hooves maintenance and deworming program. Loads like a charm (been hauled a thousand times) Being curently ridden by beginners almost daily. He stands great for being mounted and unmounted and loves to be groomed on and loved on. We have taken him and pushed cattle around and he really seems to enjoy it and really watches the cattle. He will side pass and let you open and close gaits on him and will also let you dallie off and drag stuff behind him. He has not roped that we know of but he is not scared of that envoriement. He did fine with the opening and shuting off the roping chutes and we tracked and scored a couple and he seem to act like he had done this before. This is an all around beginner family friendly gelding looking for a new family to take to playdays, and on wonderful safe trail rides and just basiclly spending quality time with someone who can learn from his past experience. (Peters scar is a blimsh, he is sound. We will be happy to answer any questioins you have about his scar. Just a heads up that is the cloest picture I have today of the hores hip)
