| Tasha is an 11 yr. old (March 17,1997) mare. My husband bought her when she was a yearling and got APHA ( breeding stock) papers with her. He never got around to registering her but it can still be done, its just expensive to do now. So we registered her with American Indian Horse Registry. She is big enought for any BIG man to ride. She is sorrel with a white blaze on face and white legs on the back.Tasha was trained by Everet Glenn in Meriden Ks. Tasha was rode on the trails at Perry Lake and Clinton Lake for several years.
My husband moved from that area and we now live at Lawrence , Ks. My husband has had some medical problems over the last three years and hasnt been riding Tasha. I have my own horse and seeing that Tasha likes him , I dont ride her.
She is well broke, but needs some refresher training, some ground work will go along way with her. We would like her to go to a home with an experienced rider. She is not a kids horse. I think she would do well with a man.
She gets along well with other horses, goats, donkeys and dogs. Easy to catch. Has had feet trimmed and shoes, its been a while but she did well. I have tried to put a picture on here but it doesnt seem to work, so email me or call Dan and I will send you pictures. She is a really nice horse. Just hate seeing her just be a pasture ornament. She will make some one a wonderful horse.
