| DESCRIPTION: This beautiful half Arabian half Quarter horse filly is a horse you just cant miss out on. She is a well-put together mohagany filly with red tones. She is a very sweet-tempered horse with great stamina. She has long, narrow legs that lead to nice, strong hooves, a semi-sloped narrow back and an outstanding Arab head with long ears standing on top. She has soft, gentle eyes that youll just sink right in to. This little attention hogger loves all people, young or old, and all other horses. Gracie would be a great 4-H horse for a younger child or teenager. She is also an amazing jumper and would be outstanding at show-jumping. She stands at 15.3 hh now and will probably stop growing at 15.5 hh, but most likely no taller. May I mention she also has the speed of a thoroughbred, with a beautiful trot, canter, and gallop.
DISCIPLINES: Gracie takes a snapple, hackimor, saddle with all of its components, halter, and a blanket wonderfully. She will allow a person to touch, rub, and pet her everywhere. She absolutely loves her ears rubbed. She has been ridden bareback and under a saddle. She will also rarely spook. In the arena she knows right and left and will go the direction commanded. She also knows stand, easy, ho/whoa,pick it up, walk, and the clicking/kissing noise people make to get a horse to speed up. She does not crib and does great in a stall.
Gracie will need an owner who has plenty of time on their hands to give Gracie the attention and work she needs. She is turning out to be an amazing mare but will still have her horsie moments where she needs a strong voice to tell her right from wrong. We would prefer to go to a home with another horse or two to keep her company when not being worked. She would do best with a younger child or a teenager that doesnt weigh much more than a 100 pounds. She defiantly will need room to run and spread her wings, so pasture land is a must.
