 | | This is an extremely versatile mare, and to note she is spayed, so no marish heats or attiude you get a gelding attitude!
she has roped, penned,reined, pushed cattle, she is an extremely confident mare.
She has also done some english,dressage and jumps, so she can easily be a show horse as well as a working horse, you cant ask for a more versatile horse!
She is awesome too on the trails, never spooky and never hot or jiggy on the trail and never barn sour, she will ride out on her own just fine and will go in front or behind equally as well, I have never had a better trail horse.
She has also had a 10 yr old beginner on her and done fine, but am not selling her as a kids horse as I dont have expereince with her in this area.
she is exceptionally trained well and is very uncomplicated,she neck reins and you can ride her on the buckle. She is sensitive to aids, and listens very well, she is expressive and will easily let you know what she does and doesnt like. I dont think she would be good with anyone who would bang on her or jerk her around she is too well trained and sensitive to tolerate that, she is not a dead head and is forward without being too forward, anyone can ride who has basic knowledge of how to ride and wont get into her mouth.
She gets along well with other horses, and has never kicked and tolerates quite a bit, but is a dominant horse in the feild with out being nasty, she will share her food if she has a buddy.
I am quite happy with her only that I have some pysical need that require a shorter horse for mounting, and am only selling her for a shorter horse.
I will consider trades for horses of equal value, but will also consider younger just started horses,there are two kinds I would consider, one is cutting bred young horses ready for saddle, and wellbred foundation bred horses that are stout and also ready for saddle, out of state is fine too, but I am not very keen on spending alot of money on transport so if you have trade for a lower dollar value, then maybe you could pick up the tab for transport, however I may be willing to spend and split $ for the right horse of equal value, but it would have to be a broke riding horse if i am going to pay anything.
I only want horses that will top off at 15.1 but prefer them to be in the range of 15 or no shorter than 14.2.
Let me know waht you have, I may consider trades too for a horse trailer or 16 in. trail saddle that is not too heavy, but it must be a good make, no cheap no name , or over seas junk.
I have my mare priced for trade value, but will take less for cash to the right home, but dont call me to low ball me, or ask how low Ill go without even asking me about her.
