Bettie is a 5 yr. old 16 hand mare. She is currently in training until sold. She is a very willing mare who will do anything you ask, if you do so kindly and with patience. She has a great attitude, she clips, ties, bathes, stands for farrier, trailers, bridles and saddles with nothing but enthusiasm! She does extremely well in new environments IE shows, vet clinic, trail etc....Bettie needs an experienced rider who has soft but firm hands.She is still young and slightly skittish, but only needs to be lead with confidence and understanding and she is eager to please you! Her price will increase $300 per month to cover her training. Bettie is doing very well in her training, and is progressing much faster than expected.Today was extremely windy and she was ridden and did better than my older more experienced horse. She may look more western, but has the longer stride of an english horse. She could honestly go in any direction you choose.
